Availability & Stay Requests

Plan a stay at Echo Glade. Use the calendar as a general guide, then send your preferred dates. Every stay is arranged personally with Heidi so there is time to review your child’s care needs and prepare for a comfortable visit.

Booked: A stay is confirmed.

Pending: Dates are tentatively held.

Unavailable: Dates are not open for stays.

Unmarked dates are open for inquiries, not guaranteed availability. Sending a request does not reserve your dates. Your stay is confirmed only after Heidi reviews the details with you and provides written confirmation.

We understand that life with a medically complex child can change unexpectedly. Health needs, appointments, and family plans sometimes mean a stay needs to be rescheduled.

You’re welcome to join our cancellation waitlist, even when your preferred dates appear unavailable. Let us know your dates, how flexible you can be, and whether short notice would work for your family. Heidi will contact you personally if a suitable opening becomes available.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a stay or commit you to accepting an opening.
